The G3 Foundation Inc Launches!!!!

As we settle into 2026, it is the perfect time to look back at the whirlwind of activity that defined the end of last year. Specifically, we are reflecting on November 2025—a milestone month that marked the official launch of the G3 Foundation Inc. and the beginning of our journey to reshape senior living in Florida.

For four years, the vision existed only on a napkin, telephone calls, meetings, paper and most of all in passionate discussions. But November was when the rubber met the road. It was the month we formalized our existence, holding our first organizational board meetings and officially registering our mission to serve the “forgotten middle”—those modest to moderate income seniors who are squeezed out between those that have HUD housing assistance and those that can afford modern retirement style living.

The Vision: A New Kind of Community.
The launch wasn’t just about filing paperwork; it was about setting a cornerstone for our flagship initiative: the 20 acre Agrihood Project in Duval county.

The answer we proposed in November isn’t just another “farm-to-table” living concept. By integrating affordable, single-story housing with an active agricultural perimeter, we aren’t just building homes; we are cultivating a lifestyle. It’s a model designed to combat isolation, food insecurity and financial distress, while providing a safe harbor to age successfully- Purposeful Living

Looking Ahead
November 2025 was the planting season for G3 Foundation. Now, in 2026, we are moving into the growing season. The foundation is laid, the mission is clear, and the work of obtaining those 20-acres and turning them into a thriving sanctuary for aging successfully is underway.

Thank you to everyone who has supported G3 Foundation Inc. From those early days just a few months ago. Whether you are a donor, a partner, or a future resident, you are part of this harvest.

Here’s to growing our ‘G3Impact’, together…
